Safe Hunt - Fewer Deer Taken

Wisconsin Gun Deer Season was a success - for safety. For only the second time in the past one hundred years, Wisconsin had no fatalites during Gun Season. There were 7 reported incidents, including four accidental self-inflicted gunshot wounds.

However, officials report that fewer deer were taken.
